Re: Professional Service Rate and Fees 


Please be informed that my professional service rate for management consulting engagements is negotiable between $600-1200 daily. Business class transport and other necessary project expenses are charged at actual cost. Travel time is paid, other than normal commuting, and accommodations and meals are charged according to Per Diem rates by location.

Exceptions to the preceding daily rate structure are made for non-profit and humanitarian organizations, as well as certain donor financed projects, in order to remain competitive. However, accommodations and housing, insurance, danger pay and other allowances are also charged in accordance with the guidelines established by the donor organization.

The above are general guidelines that are to be incorporated into a specific letter of engagement and/or contract for each project. Individual items are negotiable to the extent permitted by circumstances and market conditions. A goal of this memorandum is to provide the basis for a Win—Win proposal/project effort.
